"With my dual training at Hays I can perfectly combine both career and education. The subjects I'm studying exactly correspond to the work I'll be doing later. For instance, handling recruiting processes or the legal implications associated with labour leasing. But above all, the focus at Hays is primarily on sales and the tasks that Key Account Management have to master on a daily basis. I have a mentor who helps me with all my questions about our day-to-day work and to make sure that strategic questions don't get sidelined, I even have my own trainer.

I'm getting training that perfectly prepares me for future challenges. My options and opportunities were clear to me from the outset: Manager of Candidate Relations, Account Manager, or a job in one of several back office capacities.
