Recruitment Partner (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Taking ownership for driving recruitment processes for assigned Client
- Partnering with the Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure effective recruitment for all requirements
- Acting as point of contact for the Client, to ensure the process is running smoothly and effectively
- Compliant administering of Applicant Tracking System, you will ensure relevant process steps are executed as agreed by KPIs and SLAs
- Supporting and advising on recruitment strategies as well as managing stakeholders' expectations in a consultative way
- Occasional direct sourcing and scheduling tasks execution as required
Your qualifications
- We are looking for tenacious and result driven professional who is currently working in staffing
- Previous experience in inhouse recruitment or RPO company and working in an end-2-end process
- Readiness and resilience to work under pressure along with great time management skills
- You have the ability to get things done through collaboration and effective communication
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build meaningful relationships to support overall business objectives of the client's organisation
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday will be considered as nice to have)
