Reward Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • In your new role as a Reward Analyst (m/f/d), you will analyze WTW survey data, benchmark roles across the organization and collaborate with leaders to ensure our compensation remains competitive and future focused
  • You coordinate the annual WTW data submission cycle, bringing together stakeholders, validating inputs, and keeping everything aligned with timelines and audit requirements
  • You develop financial models for base pay and bonus planning, turning complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership
  • To keep our job architecture up to date, you maintain grades, WTW matches, and global frameworks, ensuring consistency and clarity across all roles
  • You help design market aligned pay ranges using GGS methodology and work closely with People teams to determine grade placements and propose fair, competitive structures
  • You create dashboards and analytics that highlight trends, costs, and opportunities, enabling leaders to make confident, data driven reward decisions
  • You also prepare accurate reports for auditors, regulators, and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and reliable data in all external submissions

Your qualifications

  • You have professional experience in compensation, benefits, and reward governance, along with a strong understanding of WTW or similar job evaluation and survey methodologies
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including financial modelling, data interpretation for complex reward and incentive topics and very strong Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and clear, open communication across all levels
  • Commercial awareness combined with the ability to align reward design with business performance and company culture
  • A pragmatic, highly organised working style suited to fast paced, complex environments, with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset with an appreciation for both global frameworks and local needs
  • A proactive and resilient approach, identifying issues early, proposing solutions, and performing well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • You are fluent in English and have at least a very good command of German
