Deine Aufgaben
- After a comprehensive induction in our Hays Learning Center, you will find decision-makers at top companies and build up your own customer base through active approach and targeted new customer acquisition
- With diplomacy and tact, you convince potential customers of yourself and a cooperation with Hays in telephone and personal presentation appointments, with the aim of building sustainable business relationships
- At the same time, you will maintain existing customer relationships and act as the first point of contact for questions and suggestions
- Together with your customer contact persons, you will create the requirement profiles for open positions and provide advice
- Together with the recruiting specialists (m/f/d) in your team, you will track down the right specialists and managers and independently drive forward a quick and smooth filling of the positions
- In doing so, you will form the interface between the client companies and our specialists and accompany the entire application process.
Deine Qualifikationen
- You have completed a degree or training (e.g. in the commercial sector)
- In the best case, you have already had your first points of contact with sales or recruiting topics (e.g. through internships, working student activities, etc.)
- Thanks to your communication skills and your open, sympathetic nature, it is easy for you to make new contacts
- You motivate yourself through successes and challenges and enjoy building and expanding customer relationships
- You have a strong will to perform and succeed and can convince with your diplomatic skills and a confident appearance
- On top of that, are you self-organized, a real team player and also have a pronounced service orientation? Then we should get to know each other!

Gehaltsinformationen:
Die Vergütung für diese Position liegt bei durchschnittlich 30000 Euro brutto pro Jahr bei 100% Zielerreichung (bei Positionen mit einem variablen Gehaltsbestandteil). Je nach Berufserfahrung und/oder zusätzlicher Qualifikation sowie individueller Zielerreichung kann das tatsächliche Gehalt variieren und höher ausfallen.
