Deine Aufgaben

  • As a Technical Recruiter (f/m/x), you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for several business units of our client Huawei - from needs analysis and filling open positions to negotiating employment contracts as part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service
  • Your tasks also include identifying and reaching out to international talents in the IT/R&D field, collaborating with recruitment agencies, as well as supporting and further developing Huawei's internal referral program
  • You will create job postings, publish them on Huawei's job portal, review applications and conduct video and in-person interviews
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire hiring process and handle internal and external communication with applicants, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Acting as the interface between Huawei and Hays Enterprise Solutions, you will work as an extension of the HR department, alternating between our Munich office and Huawei's on-site location (3 days per week)
  • Additionally, you will advise Huawei's management on recruitment matters and support the preparation of reports and statistics

Deine Qualifikationen

  • You have proven expertise in recruiting professionals, preferably in technical fields such as IT or engineering
  • You have already gained initial experience with common applicant management systems
  • You are enthusiastic about recruitment and always stay up to date with the latest trends and methods
  • You have business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken and good German language skills
  • Your confident and professional presence, combined with a structured and self-driven approach, completes your profile
