Swiss study BEST RECRUITERS determines our recruiting as the industry’s winner

The BEST RECRUITERS study is the largest study on recruiting in the German-speaking region and annually examines the recruiting quality of the top-500 employers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In Switzerland, our employer branding and online recruiting as well as our online job advertisements have now been put to the test for the fifth time. The institute also sent test applications in order to evaluate both how we deal with our applicants and the feedback we give.

In the total Swiss ranking, we ranked 18th from a total of 414 employers tested. Compared to the previous year, we have improved our ranking by one place. Within the personnel services industry, we were awarded as the industry’s winner with the golden seal of approval for the fifth time in succession.

We are convinced that we owe this result to the changes we have initiated over the last years. In order to establish a dialogue with applicants and keep up to date with their expectations, we regularly ask our applicants about their wishes and ideas regarding our recruiting process.
