International Active Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As an International Active Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for the proactive and target group-oriented sourcing of candidates. You utilise our internal candidate pool as well as role-specific job boards and social networks
- Working in close collaboration with (Key) Account Managers, you manage the end-to-end recruitment process - from identifying suitable specialists through to contract conclusion - ensuring that qualified talents are identified efficiently and integrated into the placement process
- You act as a professional point of contact for candidates and suppliers and actively contribute to a positive candidate experience
- In addition, you are responsible for recruiting new cooperation partners in niche skill areas and international markets and, together with the team, ensure smooth processes across acquisition, partner management and collaboration with our partner companies
- Alongside delivery processes within Germany, you place a strong focus on our nearshoring partners in Eastern Europe
- Furthermore, you continuously identify and utilise new sourcing channels and sources as required to successfully approach potential talents
- Your responsibilities also include negotiating contracts and compensation with our specialists, as well as creating search engine-optimised job advertisements for our website and other relevant platforms.
Your qualifications
- You have successfully completed a university degree or vocational training and have gained initial professional experience
- Ideally, you have already acquired first experience in active sourcing and/or recruiting
- You demonstrate excellent German and English language skills and enjoy working with international contacts
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- You enjoy telephone communication and have a genuine interest in researching and approaching suitable talents
- Your strong communication skills and convincing manner enable you to identify and successfully recruit suitable talents
- You are characterised by a solution-oriented, structured and independent working style and see yourself as a true team player
- You demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation and have a genuine interest in future-oriented recruitment approaches.

Salary:
The compensation for this position is on average 38.800 euro gross per year at 100% target achievement (for positions with a variable salary component). Depending on professional experience and/or additional qualifications as well as individual target achievement, the actual compensation may vary and be higher.
