
Director Strategic Accounts, Growth and Solutions (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As Director Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in the Swiss Life Sciences market. Your focus will be on: Positioning Hays as a strategic partner for outsourced services (FSP, BPO, MSP, RPO, CMO) by aligning our solutions with client business goals
- Expanding our footprint within key accounts through consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term relationship building
- Driving revenue growth by increasing external headcount and identifying new opportunities for service expansion
- Influencing market perception by representing Hays at industry events and building thought leadership in workforce solutions
Your qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic account management and complex solution sales within the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, MedTech)
- Strong knowledge of outsourced service models including FSP, BPO, MSP, RPO, and staffing services
- A well-established network of business and procurement stakeholders in Switzerland, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client success, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English is required
- German and/or French are a strong advantage
