Your tasks

  • As a (technical) recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from the requirements analysis to the preparation of contracts
  • You will prepare job advertisements, post them on relevant job portals, view applications and conduct telephone as well as personal interviews
  • You will work in close cooperation with the customer's HR department, specialist departments and recruitment agencies and provide advice on all relevant matters as a competent contact person
  • In addition, you will keep an eye on the relevant recruiting key figures and use them to derive process optimisation strategies together with your team
  • You will act as an interface between our customer from the telecommunications/information industry and Hays Talent Solutions and represent our HR department in our office as well as at the customer's site

Your qualifications

  • You are a real professional when it comes to the recruitment of specialists and executive managers, and you have already gained first experience in using common applicant management systems
  • Recruiting inspires you, and you are always up to date with regard to the latest recruiting trends and methods
  • Thanks to your quick perception, you can easily take on new tasks and push them forward, showing a high level of personal responsibility
  • You have excellent communication skills, a confident appearance and a strong service and customer orientation
  • In addition, you have profound English language skills (oral and written)
  • German language skills and a willingness to travel are beneficial
