Talent Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As a Talent Sourcing Business Partner, you are the single point of contact for the hiring managers and external vendors (agencies) and you will support the end-to-end process work as an interface in partnership with the various departments (purchasing, business, HR) and the various suppliers to ensure a high level of quality in the program
  • You support and advise the recruitment process from job requirement analysis to offer, including job description creation, candidate review, interview support, offer etc.
  • Also you will work closely with our external suppliers to ensure a high quality and alignment on the skills needed
  • Working at our customers' premises and being in charge of all processes in the management and sourcing of external personnel (e.g. via personnel service providers), is another task of this role, following the defined management strategy
  • Based on your professional experience or your internal development, you advise those involved in the process and optimize processes continuously
  • You are involved in the development and management of trainings and trainings content

Your qualifications

  • You have a College degree or technical training and you are familiar with Swiss Temp labor law and HR legal regulations
  • You have 2 years professional experience in personnel management, indirect procurement and/ or recruitment
  • Fluent in German and English skills are mandatory
  • You are customer and service oriented and combine it with an efficient solution-oriented way of working
  • Also you are a self-confident person and show a professional demeanor
  • You distinguish yourself through a high level of communication and organizational skills and you bring the ability to take initiative, work independently and are willing to also go the extra mile to achieve a high quality standard and continuously improve the service
  • Good user skills in MS Office, SAP skills and very good English skills round off your profile
