Your tasks

  • You will establish the onsite operations for MSP (Managed Service provider) and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) based on contractually agreed services and deliverables and support the client in all operational topics linked to the sourcing, management and administration of external and internal resources
  • You are responsible for building up, leading and coaching a team that is the single point of contact for suppliers, hiring managers and internals as well as external resources
  • You are responsible that you and the team together achieve the contractually agreed service levels and deliver high quality standards. You will be supported by the Senior Management to be able to achieve the goals
  • In collaboration with your team you will maintain and ensure smooth processes and initiate their optimization
  • You will also work hands-on in complex operational cases
  • You will interact with internal and external stakeholders daily and steer the activities at the client site

Your qualifications

  • You have studied in a University or technical college and are familiar with Swiss Temp labor law and HR legal regulations
  • You have at least 7 years working experience in indirect procurement, recruitment or global workforce management and strong proven experience in project and change management
  • You have at least 4 years experience in coaching and leadership using management methodologies
  • You have strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analysis and process optimization
  • Your strong communication skills in English and German and cultural sensitivity enable you to interact with individuals in various levels of the organization
  • You are able to take initiative, used to work independently and can identify and implement potential for improvement
