Your tasks

  • As a Senior Strategic Active Sourcing Partner, you are responsible for the creation of a sustainable active sourcing strategy to get the talent that will be needed in the near future taking in consideration the diversity targets in place
  • You will carry out the requirement analysis with the specialist departments and manage the filling of open vacancies as part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service and analyze the future need as well
  • You create job advertisements and post them in the necessary recruiting channels in order to find the right candidates that also follow the diversity strategies of our customer
  • You review applications and conduct telephone interviews as well as personal interviews as a moderator and consultant
  • You work closely with the HR department and line managers and are the single point of contact for any questions regarding talent acquisition and sustainable sourcing strategies
  • You will be part of our Hays Talent Solutions Team working onsite for the client

Your qualifications

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in international recruiting (active sourcing) of IT specialists and managers
  • You have headhunted candidates internationally and have experience in the financial sector
  • You have been involved in the creation of the sourcing strategy within an international organization and the actions to achieve the goal
  • You are creative and go innovative ways when it comes to identifying and addressing the right candidates and are interested in the recruiting channels of the future
  • You are a communicative type with a pronounced service orientation and high resilience
  • You have an engaging, self-confident and professional demeanor
  • You are fluent in English and German and look forward to working with international contacts
