Your tasks

  • As a recruitment partner, you are responsible for the entire operational recruiting process for our customer
  • You will carry out the requirement analysis with the specialist departments and manage the filling of open vacancies as part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service
  • You create job advertisements and post them in the necessary recruiting channels in order to find the right candidates that also follow the diversity strategies of our customer
  • You review applications and conduct telephone interviews as well as personal interviews as a moderator and consultant
  • As a recruitment partner, you work closely with the HR department and line managers and are the single point of contact for any questions regarding talent acquisition
  • You will be part of our Hays Talent Solutions Team working onsite for the client

Your qualifications

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in international recruiting for specialists, young career and managers positions
  • You have been responsible of managing the whole end-to-end application process and have experience in the financial sector
  • You are trained in different interview methodologies and have implemented those since several years
  • You are creative and go innovative ways when it comes to identifying and addressing the right candidates and are interested in the recruiting channels of the future
  • You have a high level of technical and methodological competence and can quickly understand the need of the line independent of the skills
  • You are a communicative type with a pronounced service orientation and high resilience
  • You have an engaging, self-confident and professional demeanor
  • You are fluent in English and German and look forward to working with international contacts
