Junior Sales Executive (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As a Sales Executive your core task is to establish new customer relationships with the aim of acquiring new customers
  • You will actively manage the client relationship within the sales process with SMEs support
  • You can identify and understand business issues, design, own and deliver multiple business sectors
  • You also incorporate innovative sales methods, market insights and references into your strategic sales activities
  • You independently develop your target customer list, successfully build customer relationships, and analyze your sales figures to ensure your ambitious sales goals

Your qualifications

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in a sales role and at least 1-year experience in strategic relationship management within recruitment services
  • You can prove track record of sales over achievement and consulting success resulted in long term, profitable and successful service delivery / fulfilment
  • You understand complex financial models, legal and compliance frameworks, and the ability to deal with various functions and levels including Procurement and HR
  • You are strong in negotiation and consulting
  • You can identify business drivers by using multiple tools and sales methods
  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including creation of presentations and proposals for both procurement and talent acquisition audiences
  • You are very good in intercultural skills to build a strong customer relationship, also with international clients
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • French will be considered as a plus
