Head of Marketing for Switzerland, Austria and Nordics (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Main focus will be to attract and engage candidates and clients through marketing campaigns and initiatives - therefore you will set the strategic marketing direction for your markets whilst working hands-on and delivering tangibles business results
  • To measure our initiatives, you will scale performance marketing channels like Google Ads, drive email performance, build out SEO and optimize conversions via the website
  • You will be meticulous about overseeing and understanding local budgets as well as return on invest
  • Your team consists of two senior marketing professionals in Switzerland and you will directly lead the marketing functions in Switzerland - while also leading the local teams in the remaining markets through a matrix function
  • You will work closely with your counterparts from other EMEA regions and countries as well as marketing stakeholders from our centralized global team. Also, there is a close collaboration with regional stakeholders in Switzerland as well as the Managing Directors of Austria, Denmark and Sweden

Your qualifications

  • You are a strong marketing all-rounder who feels as comfortable setting strategic objectives as in building and executing marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Strong analytical mindset and a great understanding how to build business cases for marketing initiatives is one of your strengths
  • Deep knowledge in digital marketing coupled with an understanding of traditional marketing activities such as events or trade shows is essential
  • You will ensure a deep understanding of local markets and product portfolios to determine where to focus marketing efforts
  • You have great leadership capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills, working within a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills in English and German are mandatory, since you will be working closely with Germany, as well as with international colleagues - French would be a plus
