Awarded Top Employer in Germany again - for the 14th time in a row

We are proud and pleased that we have once again been named one of the best employers in Germany by the international Top Employers Institute!

A total of 1856 employers from 5 continents were certified and awarded in this year's certification by the independent research institute.

To ensure objective comparability, all participating companies go through a uniform assessment process. Within the framework of the multi-stage certification process, the People & Culture activities of the companies are examined in six areas. These include aspects such as leadership development, talent acquisition, training and development, onboarding and offboarding, sustainability and diversity & inclusion. To achieve certification, at least 60 percent of the requirements set by the Top Employers Institute must be demonstrated.

The digital awards ceremony, where we were certified alongside other top employers from around the world, took place on 20 January 2022.
