The Swedish market research institute Potentialpark has awarded us again
There are three reasons for us to celebrate: Not only were we recently certified as a top employer for the thirteenth time in a row and broke the 4,000 follower mark on our Hayscareer Instagram channel and the 15,000 subscriber mark on our Hayscareer Facebook channel – we also scored points with our employer communications in Germany in the study by the renowned market research institute Potentialpark and reached the top 20.
The study analyses the communication of employers with (potential) applicants in the categories career website, online application, mobile interaction and social media. For this year's study, Potentialpark interviewed over 2,735 Generation Y applicants in Germany and scrutinized websites of 121 employers based on over 343 criteria.
As in the past years, we were able to further improve our ranking across all categories. This year our employer image has reached a strong 17th place alongside companies such as SAP, BOSCH, KPMG and PWC.
We are particularly proud of the top 10 in the area of social media. We were able to successfully defend our 8th place with our hayscareer Channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. We are very happy that our appearance was very well received. Moreover we also achieved a major upward trend in the online application category (+57 points compared to the previous year).
